For those who don’t know, it’s a successor film of 2018’s romantic drama movie Dhadak featuring Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter. Siddhant Chaturvedi & Triptii Dimri’s Intense Love Story is Set to Win Hearts!

Today, on 26th December, the makers of Dhadak 2 have dropped two posters to announce the release date, and they are already grabbing attention. Featuring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri in a tight, emotional embrace, both posters scream drama, depth, and heartache. The visuals are soaked in shades of blue, giving a cold yet emotional vibe — as if the love story is set against a storm.

But what really hits heart is the powerful tagline written on both posters – “Marne aur ladne mein se ek ko chunna ho… toh ladna.”
This line says a lot about the soul of the movie. It suggests that Dhadak 2 won’t just be a romantic drama — it’ll be a fight for love, possibly against all odds. Whether it’s society, family, or fate, the characters are clearly not giving up without a battle.

The expressions of both actors add to the emotional pull. In one poster, Siddhant looks fierce and protective, while Triptii clings to him, her face full of pain. In the other, she breaks down in tears, and he holds her close — like their love is the only thing keeping them going.

Dhadak 2 Cast, Crew & Release Date

Besides Siddhant Chaturvedi & Triptii Dimri in a lead role, Dhadak 2 will also feature Vipin Sharma and Saurabh Sachdeva, most likely as the main villains. Apart from them, Deeksha Joshi, a renowned Gujarati film actress will also make a special appearance.

Talking of the release, Dhadak 2 is all set to hit cinemas on 1st August 2025 — and if the posters are anything to go by, this film might just be the romantic drama we’ve all been waiting for.
