Coolie Vs War 2 Advance Booking

The Independence Day weekend is all set for a blockbuster clash at the box office. On August 14, two big films — Rajinikanth’s Coolie and Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s War 2 — will hit the screens, and advance booking numbers are already giving a clear picture of the frontrunners.

According to trade tracker Sacnilk, Coolie has raked in around ₹34.12 crore in advance ticket sales. When block bookings are added, the total jumps to ₹43.67 crore. On the other hand, War 2 has earned ₹17.23 crore, rising to ₹28.7 crore after including block bookings.

So far, about 3.63 lakh tickets for Coolie have been sold. The Hindi version alone accounts for ₹6.50 crore, the highest among all languages. The film will release in multiple formats, including 2D, IMAX, and 4DX, with premium screens priced higher than standard tickets.

With these numbers, Coolie seems to have a strong early lead in the advance booking race, setting up an exciting battle at the box office.

Coolie: Said To Be a Part of LCU (Lokesh Kanagaraj Universe)

Coolie is part of the Lokesh Kanagaraj Universe (LCU) and is Rajinikanth’s 171st movie. It is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and features stars like Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, and Sathyaraj. Aamir Khan also appears in a special cameo. The movie is produced by Sun Pictures.

War 2: Part of YRF’s Spy Universe
